Qinghai Xinheng Hydropower 330KV Rectifier and Energy Control
Xinheng is China's largest importer and operator in aluminium oxide, and has been recognized by the international aluminum industry as one of the most successful aluminum companies in the past 10 years. As for the 700,000-ton aluminum deep-processing project invested by Xinheng Group in Qinghai, we are responsible for 330KV rectification station and the factory-wide energy control of the project. During this period, high-performance, high-reliability microcomputer protection devices, measurement and control devices, communication devices, PLC and other core devices are provided, and a layered distributed and cellular network structure with clear layers and complete functions is adopted. Combined with process automatic control, the system has reliable steady flow control function of the rectifier unit, and is featured with good electromagnetic compatibility performance, harmonic monitoring and treatment capability, energy saving and consumption reduction.
