Shenzhen Metro-Electrical Integration Automation System
Project Overview:
Shenzhen Metro is set with the building units such as main transformer substation, car depot, and comprehensive repair base and control center. The electric system composes of the 110kV metro special main transformer substation system, 35kV power supply system, 1500V DC power supply system, 0.4kV low voltage power distribution system and 0.4kV low voltage environmental control system, which are distributed in the transaction transformer substation, combined transformer substation, voltage reduction transformer substation of the main transformer substation and train stations along the line.
System Characteristics:
★ The metro power supply system has diversified voltage classes including 110kV, 35kV, 1500V DC, 400V and so on;
★ A variety of equipments: mainly including 110kV GIS, 35kV CIS, 1500V DC power supply system, 400V low voltage distribution and environmental control equipment switch cabinet and so on;
★ High quantity: Each station has dozens to nearly 100 sets of power supply equipment;
★ Wide distribution of equipment: The equipments are distributed along the metro line, and the length of each line is over 10km;★ The metro power supply requires extremely high reliability, and any sudden power failure when the train is running will cause serious accident such as train stop.

★ 110kV main substation comprehensive automation and remote control, communication, dispatching;
★ 35kV /400V substation power monitoring;
★ I500V DC system power monitoring;
★ 400V low voltage environmental control system;
★ Stray current monitoring and protection;
★ Electric equipments centralized monitoring, equipment management, and forming unified report;
★ Integrating with other automatic systems.
Solutions:
★ The system structure has three hierarchies: General Control Tower, Station Class Tower and Bay Tower, the redundant high-speed optical fiber Ethernet network is adopted to integrate the main substation and the branch substations along the line into the unified monitoring system, thus achieving centralized monitoring and centralized management of power supply equipment and unified power dispatching;
★ The bay layer is configured as unit to acquire varied parameters, including the voltage, current, frequency and switching state of the monitoring objects of different voltage classes;
★ The station level achieves the functions of data storage and processing of electric equipment of different stations along the line and communication with the general control level;
★ The general control level achieves the functions of centralized processing of data, location share and centralized control and management;
★ Varied software and hardware devices with high reliability, such as FM600 communication main control unit, FM100 low voltage measurement and control device, FM700S protection measurement and control device (or world famous brand computer protection device, measurement and control device), FARAD SEA power monitoring system software, FARAD20 substation automatic software, FARAD200D stray current monitoring system, environment and equipment control system etc.
